1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cc6vip9 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. 3.2 Accurate Information

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All transactions on cc6vip9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). cc6vip9 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside cc6vip9's control and are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cc6vip9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus conditions include:

11. Termination

cc6vip9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if cc6vip9 determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, cc6vip9 may forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Upon termination not for cause, cc6vip9 will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cc6vip9 platform shall first be submitted to cc6vip9's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent cc6vip9 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
